Who is the Selection Criteria Expert? 
He is a 37 year old male current Victorian government employee living in Melbourne, Australia.I developed this site after I applied for my second government position two years ago. Why? Because at the time I was looking on the internet for resources that would help me compose my application and what I found just wasn’t helpful. But enough about me – lets talk about how I can help you!

Selection Criteria Expert is dedicated to helping other government job hunters learn the skills necessary to succeed when applying for a government position. Whether you’re currently employed in a government position or looking to enter the wonderful world of public service, you need to understand the correct process of applying for a government job.What you will find here is advice on addressing selection criteria, selection criteria examples, application templates, interview advice, ebooks and services that will make your next application a breeze. Addressing selection criteria has just been made easy…er…or slightly less painful/stressful…this is my aim anyhow
